Connor is a recent addition to the Black Oaks herd.  He is a
polled dun and his date of birth is  4-11-10.  We were able to
purchase him from our friend and fellow Dexter breeder
Monica Dexter in Washington.  Connor has wonderful
milking pedigree in both his sire and dam lines.  His great-
grandsire's were Wee Gaelic Mr. O’Toole (son of Hiyu Tyee)
and Riverhill Saturn’s Galaxy (son of Saturn of Knotting) all
outstanding milk producing sires.  We anticipate Connor
adding a lot of very positive milking pedigree traits to our
herd and plan to use him as our herdsire for the 2011
breeding season, possibly longer.  Connor also has a
mellow gentle disposition which we value highly in our herd
and offspring.  He is halter trained.  He has excellent
conformation.
